Our Policies

Return, Replace or Refund Policy

        Customers can get a replacement, repair or refund if:

  • You changed your mind and product is still in original packaging and unused (hygiene purposes) together with proof of purchase under 7 days of product purchased (in-store) or under 14 days of purchased (delivered).

  • if product is faulty and reported under 7 days of product purchased (in-store) or under 14 days of purchased (delivered).

  • Product is out of stock.
     We are not obliged to give a refund, repair or replace if the customer:

  • changes their mind after purchasing and using the product, this is purely for hygiene purposes. 

  • breaks the product accidentally or on purpose

  • doesn’t follow advice, eg - do not try to soak wash the mattress

  • tries to fix it before coming to us. (we will not tolerate extra damages on the product)

  • pay for delivery return of product that has been used and not in original packaging.

    We will always try our best to remedy the situation that satisfy us and our customers.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Auckland wide: All deliveries are from $65.00 minimum, depending on the size of the order. This is a separate cost in your order. You must specify any delivery difficulties such as remote rural locations, restricted access, stairs or narrow entries. Our store will contact you to ask any additional questions or discuss potential charges for deliveries above and beyond standard door-to-door. If the driver deems it unsafe upon arrival and you haven't specified the information accurately, at your expense, another delivery attempt with the necessary equipment or extra person(s) will be arranged, which is not included in the original delivery charges.

Out of Auckland / Rural : Happy to arrange a freight on customers expenses. Customers can be responsible for arranging their own delivery/courier, customers must communicate directly to our staff and give consent to release their product to the 3rd party. When product is released we are not responsible for any shipping or delivering damages.

Please note that delivery does not include installations
